Summary: The role of Business Analyst involves supporting remediation efforts and enhancing operational excellence through analytical skills. - APP analysis (focus on supporting case remediation), capture challenges and build decision tree
- Operationally complete remediation action or package up and hand off to BAU operational team
- Leverage AI to document process and procedures, simulate process and support target operating model
- Support upskilling and transition to BAU team
