Summary: The role of Business Analyst involves supporting remediation efforts and driving operational excellence through proactive analysis and operational tasks. The position requires leveraging AI for documentation and process simulation, as well as facilitating the transition to a business-as-usual (BAU) team. This is a remote position for a duration of 6 months and is classified as inside IR35, with an umbrella company only.
Key Responsibilities:
- APP analysis (focus on supporting case remediation), capture challenges and build decision tree
- Operationally complete remediation action or package up and hand off to BAU operational team
- Leverage AI to document process and procedures, simulate process and support target operating model
- Support upskilling and transition to BAU team
