Key Responsibilities:
- Business analysis: Analyze and document business requirements and processes in the accounting area.
- Solution design: Contribute to a multi-GAAP sub-ledger solution to provide standardized financial data from a single source, replacing the current sub-ledger SAP IA.
- Product development: Support the Product Owner in developing and communicating product vision and roadmap.
- Collaboration: Work with the agile Scrum team and external partners for successful project implementation.
- Market analysis: Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and best practices.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders at a global level.
- Meetings: Assist in planning, conducting, and following up on meetings (team and program level).
Key Skills:
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- Advanced database and SQL knowledge.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance accounting, specializing in IFRS17, HGB, and other international accounting standards.
- Professional experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance or finance industry, or comparable roles.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
- Very good English language skills in spoken and written form (at least C1 level).
- Analytical thinking and proven problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and ability to work independently.

Profil

- Vertiefte Datenbank und SQL-Kenntnisse
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Versicherungsbuchhaltung, Spezialisierung auf Bilanzierungs- und Abschlussprozesse nach IFRS17, HGB und anderen internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
- Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, idealerweise in der Versicherungs- oder Finanzbranche, Insurance Financial Analyst oder vergleichbare Funktionen
- Agile Methoden: Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, SAFe)
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
