Summary: The Automated Test Engineer for Functional Circuit Testing (PCBA) will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing automated testing systems for PCBA in contract manufacturing environments. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable testing solutions that comply with medical device standards. The engineer will also lead projects related to Automated Test Equipment (ATE) development and deployment. Strong programming skills and experience with National Instruments hardware/software are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated PCBA functional circuit tests and test fixtures.
  • Create and maintain test software using LabVIEW, NI TestStand, and C-based languages.
  • Collaborate with product design and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with medical device standards.
  • Analyze test data for continuous improvement and system optimization.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
