Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, data-driven digital experience solutions. This client-facing role focuses on delivering real-time, personalized customer journeys using Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities, with the ideal candidate acting as a subject matter expert across AEP modules. The role involves driving architecture, solution design, and best practices for enterprise-scale implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) capabilities
  • Lead the architecture and design of Adobe Experience Cloud implementations in a client-facing capacity
  • Define and implement end-to-end AEP solutions supporting real-time customer data, personalization, and journey orchestration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Design and advise on integration patterns across Adobe Experience Cloud tools and enterprise systems
  • Provide technical leadership to delivery teams across architecture, design, and development phases
  • Drive real-time, personalized campaigns and member journeys to enhance engagement and customer experience
  • Contribute to platform governance, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
