  • Partner closely with Marketing, Call Center Operations, Sales, Compliance, and IT to define, refine, and deliver dialer-related initiatives.
  • Gather, refine, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories, maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog.
  • Work directly with development and QA teams to ensure features meet expectations and sprint commitments.
  • Lead and manage UAT sessions with business stakeholders to validate new features and enhancements.
  • Provide production support, including incident triage and defect resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver concise, professional presentations to communicate new functionalities and product updates.
