Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of a major regulatory reporting transformation programme.
- Collaborate with business, operations, technology, compliance, and legal teams.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple functions and levels of seniority.
- Produce management information and work with data.
- Utilise project management and change delivery methodologies.
Key Skills:
- Significant experience in business analysis, change management, or project delivery within financial services.
- Experience with regulatory reporting regulations such as EMIR, SFTR, MiFID II/MiFIR, CFTC, or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A leading global financial institution is seeking a Reg Business Analyst to assist in the delivery of a major regulatory reporting transformation programme. Working across business, operations, technology, compliance and legal teams
Candidates should have:
- Significant experience in business analysis, change management or project delivery within a financial services environment.
- Experience with regulatory reporting regulations such as EMIR, SFTR, MiFID II/MiFIR, CFTC or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple functions and levels of seniority.
- Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with data and producing management information would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management and change delivery methodologies is beneficial.
