  • Own the recruitment process end-to-end—from advertising to contracting and onboarding—ensuring both candidates and hiring managers receive a first-rate service at every stage.
  • Support the commitment to EDI throughout the recruitment processes.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, supporting and guiding them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide support to candidates throughout the process, ensuring timely and responsive communication that reflects a high standard of customer service.

We have an immediate opportunity for the role of Recruitment Co-ordinator . This is a full-time position with an immediate start. It is a fixed term contract until 28 February 2026. As part of our Recruitment Team, you’ll play a key role in attracting top talent to the University. We’re committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring a robust, inclusive selection process. We’re looking for someone, With solid in house recruitment experience who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service to both hiring managers and candidates. Who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and able to demonstrate adaptability and resilience under pressure. Who maintains high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities. Is able to join i mmediately (by 1 December) Our Human Resources Directorate is the University’s people-focused hub, overseeing everything from recruitment and onboarding to development, wellbeing, reward, and change management.
