Summary: Mapped Recruitment is seeking an interim Talent Administrator/Assistant to support a client during a peak period, starting immediately and lasting until the end of November 2025. The role involves managing recruitment processes for retail vacancies and providing talent support, with a flexible working arrangement primarily from home. The position requires strong communication skills and experience in recruitment, particularly in retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Talent Partner
- Advert and vacancy management for circa 40-50 retail vacancies
- Sourcing high-quality candidates through various sourcing methods
- Coordinating the end-to-end process; pre-screening candidates, maintaining recruitment pipelines and arranging interviews where necessary
- Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers
- Offer first-class talent support to the company in a timely and efficient manner
Key Skills:
- Ideally, a minimum of 6 months - 1 year of recruitment experience – working in a Recruitment Admin role covering a high volume of retail/store vacancies
- Exceptional communication skills – experience interviewing candidates
- Experience recruiting in a retail environment/sales/and commission-oriented roles will be highly beneficial
- All successful candidates must be available to start a role immediately or on short notice and be able to commit to the length of the contract
- Tech-savvy - confident in picking up new ATS systems and Excel use

Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be working with an existing client on their recruitment of an interim Talent Administrator/Assistant to join them immediately on a contract basis to support them through a peak period. This role is to start ASAP and will be working until the end of November 2025. This position is working from home (with ideally one day a week in the London Bridge office). Working hours 9am - 5pm - flexibility on working hours and office working can be considered.
