About the Company

Our client is a highly respected and well-resourced construction and development business with a proven track record of delivering outstanding residential and commercial projects across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. With a strong pipeline of work ahead, they are looking to strengthen their team by appointing an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Role

This is not your typical QS role. You'll work hand-in-hand with the site team, taking ownership of your projects from pre-construction through to final accounts. While your core focus will be on the commercial aspects, you'll also have the chance to broaden your skillset and gain valuable project management experience.

What We're Looking For

Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with solid experience in residential and commercial projects in Scotland. Strong understanding of the commercial processes involved in delivering medium to large-scale developments. Confident communicator who enjoys getting into the technical detail and working closely with site teams. Ideally, you're currently with a larger housebuilder and ready for a role where you can fully utilise your QS expertise.
