Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake contract and project cost administration on Network Expansion Projects.
- Monitor the regional commercial mailbox/CEMAR for incoming payment applications, variations, and final accounts from contractors.
- Interface with Project Managers and contractors.
- Manage NEC projects.
Key Skills:
- 2 years + Quantity Surveyor experience in major infrastructure programmes.
- Knowledge of CEMAR.
- Experience within telecoms.
- Experience interfacing with Project Managers and contractors.
- Previously managed NEC projects.
Salary (Rate): £550.00 daily

Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
The must-haves:
- 2 years + Quantity Surveyor experience in major infrastructure programmes.
- Knowledge of CEMAR
- Experience within telecoms
- Experience interfacing with Project Managers and contractors.
- Previously managed NEC projects.
