Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client project requirements and produce detailed plant and equipment specifications.
• Create system designs ensuring compliance with specifications and tender documentation.

• Prepare site layouts and schematics for multi-staged substation construction projects.
• Manage external manufacturers and design consultants to ensure compatibility with electro-technical requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to produce accurate designs within specified timescales.
• Produce detailed electrical control and protection schematic drawings for large infrastructure schemes.
• Prepare functional specifications and liaise with manufacturers for procurement of plant and equipment.
• Review equipment manufacturers’ proposals for suitability in line with proposed designs.
• Maintain technical documentation management and change control.
