Summary: The Prosecution Solicitor role involves joining a Local Authority in West Yorkshire to manage a diverse caseload of criminal and regulatory prosecutions. Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-established Local Authority in West Yorkshire to recruit an experienced Prosecution Solicitor . This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to join a busy and supportive team on a hybrid basis , handling a varied caseload of criminal and regulatory prosecutions.

Prosecution Solicitor

Location: Leeds (Hybrid Working)

Contract: Full-Time | 3-Month Rolling Contract

Rate: £50–£55 per hour (Umbrella) PAYE (Inc.Hol) : £44.50 - £48.89

As a Prosecution Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of prosecution matters on behalf of the Local Authority. You will play a key role in ensuring legal compliance and supporting enforcement functions across multiple service areas.
