They're expanding their property team and are committed to supporting career development through flexible and hybrid working arrangements.Job DescriptionThe Property Paralegal will:Manage a caseload of new build transactions, acting primarily for investor clients.Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.Work closely with senior solicitors and partners to ensure smooth transaction processes and client satisfaction.Assisting the legal team in all property-related matters.Communicating with clients and other parties to gather and provide information.Maintaining and updating databases and filing systems.Handling other legal tasks as assigned by the team.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Property Paralegal should have:A degree in Law, and looking to qualify within property.Previous experience in new build plot sales is essential.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.Great communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
