Sellick Partnership is delighted to be recruiting for this brilliant opportunity with a well-regarded London Borough Council.

Our client is seeking a Property Lawyer to assist with the preparation of 50 reports on titles, as the Council will be selling off £17m worth of property and also building new homes for temporary accomodation. There is also a strong likelihood for the post to be extended, on a locum rolling contract basis, to assist with the disposals of the sites if established feasible to sell over the next 3-5 years.

Experience preparing reports on titles is essential, as the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running. Experience working for a local authority is desirable but not essential, if you have experience in the above from a private sector background you will also be considered.

This position requires the Property Lawyer to work full time hours, condensed hours will be considered and weekly office attendance is preferred.
