Summary: The role of Property Administrator involves managing a diverse portfolio of properties for an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors. This full-time position is a 3-6 month fixed-term contract, ideal for an experienced administrator with a background in the property industry. The role includes various administrative tasks related to property management and tenant relations. The position offers on-site parking and generous holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property management administration
  • Liaising with utility companies
  • Working closely with contractors in relation to property maintenance and repairs
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords on a daily basis
  • Dealing with incoming emails from tenants
  • Typing of correspondence and reports relating to properties
  • Assisting with general property administration
  • Updating property records on an in-house database
  • Monitoring office supplies and reordering them as needed
  • Operating and overseeing the maintenance of office equipment, such as printers and photocopiers
  • Typing letters, reports and other business documents

Key Skills:

  • Experience in property administration

An independent firm of Chartered Surveyors are recruiting for a Property Administrator to join their team. Our client managers a diverse portfolio of offices, retail, industrial and residential investment properties ranging from Grade II listed offices to High Street shops. This position is a 3-6 month fixed term contract, full time. This position would suit an experienced Administrator who has previously worked within the property industry, seeking a local role which offers on-site parking and generous holidays.

  • Property management administration
