Our expertise includes a full range of design and project development services, from early engagement to delivery.Job Purpose:The recruiter is responsible for facilitating the recruitment of permanent, temporary and contractor requirements for projects being executed by the Technip Energies UK Operating Centre (TEN UKOC).The individual will be the focal point for recruitment on to project team focusing on site-based personnel. During onboarding / familiarisation and until the site offices are established, the individual would need to be available to travel to London/Milton Keynes office once site offices are established the role would be based at site in Middlesbrough.Main Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the recruitment life cycle of permanent, temporary and contractor recruitment. Providing guidance and training on recruitment best practices to hiring managers Maintaining accurate and detailed tracking systems to facilitate reporting on hiring lifecycle, recruitment forecasting etc Supporting in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, identifying niche skill sets and industry shortages. Responsible for building talent pipelines and direct sourcing via various online tools; LinkedIn, job boards etc. Supporting Diversity and Inclusion recruitment initiatives Delivering a high-level candidate experience Requisition management in Oracle to ensure highest level of data integrity for global reporting. Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager and wider team on ad-hoc projects. Collaborate with the wider People and Culture team. Typical background and experience required: Significant agency side and/or in-house recruitment experience, ideally within Energy and/or O&G sector. Previous experience of recruiting within a construction / site environment Experience with managing high volumes of recruitment and the ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, strategically-minded Highly organized with a great attention to detail & follow-through Experience of Application Tracking System (preferably Oracle / People Connect Recruiting) Working knowledge of current legislation; IR35, GDPR etc Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels across the organisation Competent in conducting competency-based interviews Proficient in Microsoft Office It is essential that applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.We invite you to get to learn more about our company by visiting www.technipenergies.com and follow us on LinkedIn for company updates.
