• Several years of professional experience in test management in complex Banking landscapes, in handling a portfolio of projects and in being a lead to test managers
• University degree or apprenticeship with a focus on IT or project management
• Very good project management skills and a high level of awareness
• Team spirit and strong communication skills together with an analytical and conceptual way of working
• ISTQB qualification or similar is desirable
