Summary: A leading Australian financial services organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and member engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory, operational, and business transformation projects across the organisation.
- Coordinate Annual Member Meeting activities, including event logistics, stakeholder management, communications, governance, and delivery planning.
- Partner with compliance, legal, operations, and executive stakeholders to ensure all regulatory obligations and reporting requirements are met.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance forums.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology functions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare project reporting, steering committee updates, and executive-level communications.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery frameworks, operational processes, and stakeholder engagement practices.
Key Skills:
- Proven Project Management experience within insurance, superannuation, wealth management, or investment environments.
- Strong understanding of regulatory reporting obligations and governance frameworks within financial services.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating Annual Member Meetings or large-scale member/customer engagement events.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management capability, with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working across both business and technology-driven initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and executive teams.
