Summary: A leading Australian financial services organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and member engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory, operational, and business transformation projects across the organisation.
  • Coordinate Annual Member Meeting activities, including event logistics, stakeholder management, communications, governance, and delivery planning.
  • Partner with compliance, legal, operations, and executive stakeholders to ensure all regulatory obligations and reporting requirements are met.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance forums.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology functions to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare project reporting, steering committee updates, and executive-level communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement across project delivery frameworks, operational processes, and stakeholder engagement practices.

Key Skills:

  • Proven Project Management experience within insurance, superannuation, wealth management, or investment environments.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting obligations and governance frameworks within financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating Annual Member Meetings or large-scale member/customer engagement events.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management capability, with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working across both business and technology-driven initiatives.
