Key Responsibilities:
- Leading projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Acting as the technical authority, shaping solutions and challenging design where needed
- Managing commercial performance (costs, margins, risk)
- Building strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Navigating BSR approvals, compliance, and regulatory processes
- Overseeing multiple projects and guiding delivery teams
- Driving best practice across planning, QA, and reporting
Key Skills:
- Strong track record delivering construction projects end-to-end
- Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and complex stakeholders
- Commercially astute with strong cost control experience
- Confident leading technical conversations and defending solutions
- Experience with JCT contracts and regulatory approvals (BSR)
- Background in façade / fire remediation (highly desirable)

The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a growing specialist contractor in passive fire protection, delivering complex remediation programmes across high-rise residential and commercial buildings. This role is suited to a senior-level Project Manager who can take ownership not just of delivery—but of strategy, client relationships, and commercial performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Acting as the technical authority, shaping solutions and challenging design where needed
- Managing commercial performance (costs, margins, risk)
- Building strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Navigating BSR approvals, compliance, and regulatory processes
- Overseeing multiple projects and guiding delivery teams
- Driving best practice across planning, QA, and reporting

- High-rise remediation schemes (~£1M+)
- Façade and passive fire protection projects
- Complex stakeholder environments (contractors, fire engineers, QS teams)
