Summary: The Project Manager - Integrations role involves leading the Integrations workstream for a large-scale digital transformation programme in a public sector setting. The position requires managing integration delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and supplier activities while collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience and a strong understanding of integration principles. This role is hybrid and based in London, with a focus on delivering effective integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and managing the Integrations workstream plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and governance.
  • Coordinating integration delivery activity across suppliers, delivery partners, operational stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Working closely with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to develop and maintain the integration delivery plan.
  • Providing assurance over supplier integration delivery activities and escalating risks or blockers where required.
  • Applying integration and architectural considerations to support informed decision-making.
  • Managing stakeholder engagement, reporting and communications across technical, business and operational teams.
  • Supporting integration testing, readiness and transition activity where required.
  • Bringing structure, pace and delivery control to a fast-moving, multi-supplier environment.

Key Skills:

  • Proven project management experience within large-scale IT, digital or enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Experience delivering or supporting integration workstreams.
  • Strong ability to manage delivery plans, suppliers, risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholder engagement and reporting.
  • Good understanding of integration principles including APIs, interfaces, system interoperability, data mapping, transformation and integration testing.
  • Broad understanding of enterprise IT environments including infrastructure, applications, security, cloud services, networking and operational service management.
  • Experience working closely with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Confidence operating in complex, fast-paced, multi-supplier environments.
  • Public sector delivery experience would be beneficial, particularly within policing, justice, defence, emergency services or wider government.

Salary (Rate): £320 daily

Role overview
