You will be comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing shifting priorities across a busy delivery landscape.
You will be responsible for leading website redesign and CMS implementation/migration projects, coordinating stakeholders across product, design, and engineering, and ensuring delivery plans, dependencies, and timelines remain on track. Strong Agile delivery experience and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles are essential. This role is best suited to candidates from digital, agency, or product-led environments where delivery is fast-moving and iterative. Experience in heavily regulated or compliance-driven environments is less aligned to the way this team operates, as success here depends on pragmatism, adaptability, and outcome-focused delivery.
