Daily rate:$1000-1200 inc super

Role:

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help with their Cyber Security uplift program of work.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage projects from initiation through to closure

  • Manage the preparation of project cost estimates

  • Monitor benefits against what was predicted in the business case

  • Engage, inform and negotiate with stakeholders

  • Manage vendors to deliver solutions

  • Risk and issue management


Your experience


  • Experience with implementation of Microsoft Purview

  • Experienced Cyber project experience and working closely with business units such as Risk, Information Security and Data

  • Experienced with cyber policies, procedures, standards and uplifts

  • Experience in leading projects and/or delivery of solution planning, development and delivery of projects with multiple streams to budget, time and quality standards.

  • Leading, managing and motivating multi-disciplinary project delivery team, consisting of both internal and external (contractors and vendors) to achieve outstanding results.

  • Managing financial and performance analysis with extensive project reporting.

  • Leading the development and application of best practice project management approaches and methodologies, as well as mentoring less experienced team members.

  • Highly developed strategic, analytical, problem solving, issues management and evaluation skills to deliver innovative solutions.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, consultation, negotiation and reporting/presentation skills, including the ability to influence people at all levels, and foster and maintain collaborative working relationships both within and outside the organisation.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills that demonstrate a proven record of success in influencing, negotiating with and managing multiple stakeholders at a senior level, to manage and resolve complex issues and disputes and management of diverse stakeholder expectations.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and priorities workloads.
