Summary: The role of Project Coordinator involves supporting the delivery of an End-User Computing (EUC) project within a large organization. The candidate will ensure smooth project execution by tracking milestones, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication among teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support & Coordination: Assist the project manager in planning, executing, and tracking EUC project deliverables.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Organise meetings, workshops, and progress reviews; document and distribute minutes and action items.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, update status reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and escalate issues to the project manager, providing solutions where possible.
- Asset & Resource Management: Track project resources, including hardware/software deployments and user adoption metrics.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to IT policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements related to EUC.
Key Skills:
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with EUC technologies, including Windows desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, and endpoint management tools.
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in using project management tools.
- Communication & Organisation: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams effectively.
- Certifications (Desirable): PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or ITIL.
