Summary: The role of Project Manager/Project Coordinator involves supporting project delivery within the banking or financial services sector, focusing on areas such as retail banking and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects within the banking domain

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project communications
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation planning
  • Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs and governance materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, compliance, and business units
  • Ensure adherence to internal project governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Support change management and implementation activities

Key Skills:

  • 1-3 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory environment
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or similar
