Summary: The Warm Spaces Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Warm Spaces programme, which aims to mitigate the effects of the cost of living crisis on customers and their families. This position involves overseeing activities related to providing a warm environment, meals, and community support. The coordinator will manage volunteers and assistants while ensuring effective planning and operational tasks. This is a temporary role lasting until March 31, 2026.

Warm Spaces Project Coordinator

  • 37 hours per week, up to 24,402 per annum
  • Temporary until 31 March 2026

Our Warm Spaces programme responds to the cost of living impact on our customers and their families. This role is a key part of supporting the programme to offer a warm space, a hot meal, access to food from our community fridges and a chance to reduce the impact of isolation for our customers.

Working to support the activities of our Warm Spaces Assistants and volunteers, duties will include planning, stock control, cash handling, food safety, data capture and access to a warm and welcoming environment.
