Summary: The Project Accountant role involves managing financial aspects of projects, including invoicing, payroll, and expense checks. Key Responsibilities:
- Allocating personnel to projects
- Cross check hours for payroll and invoicing
- Invoicing of projects
- Processing incoming invoices
- Check travel expenses for projects
- Check recorded hours for deviations
- Time recording and support
Key Skills:
- Bachelor degree within economics, finance, accounting, administration or similar
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel
- SAP and/or PIMS experience is a bonus
- Great oral and written communication skills, both in Norwegian and English
- Ability to work under high pressure and towards deadlines
- Ability to work independently
