Key Responsibilities:
- Hand soldering, crimping, PCB assembly per specs/drawings
- Test/inspect products to BoM standards
- Fault finding, rework/repair on PCBs
- Goods inspection, continuous improvement input
- Team collaboration and efficient operations
Key Skills:
- Electro-mechanical assembly (soldering, wiring, crimping)
- Read schematics, wire diagrams, BoMs
- Identify electronic components (resistors etc)
- ESD procedures, basic PC skills (Word, Teams etc)
- Excellent manual dexterity
- Desirable: IPC610/620 certs, conformal coating, PCB repair, NVQ L3 Electrical Eng, QC experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Hand soldering, crimping, PCB assembly per specs/drawings
- Test/inspect products to BoM standards

- Electro-mechanical assembly (soldering, wiring, crimping)
