Summary: The Process Engineer will join a growing team focused on clean water treatment, contributing to complex capital projects by developing sustainable solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and evaluating process design solutions for water treatment projects
- Supporting the production of technical documentation including scopes of work, drawings, and risk assessments
- Preparing and reviewing detailed design calculations and specifications
- Assessing Whole Life Cost and TOTEX implications of design options
- Contributing to the development of performance guarantees and value-driven engineering solutions
- Reviewing project scopes and deliverables to ensure they meet high standards and required outputs
Key Skills:
- HNC/HND or Degree-level qualification in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering/scientific field
- Strong understanding of process engineering principles, standards, and relevant regulations
- Experience in clean water treatment design or optimisation preferred
- Working towards Chartered Engineer status (or already Chartered) is a plus
- Skilled in solving complex engineering problems with innovative thinking
- Confident communicator with excellent collaboration and influencing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Google Workspace is a bonus
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
