  • Lead process transformation initiatives across complex, cross-functional environments
  • Analyse and redesign business processes aligned to system and organisational change
  • Drive change management activities - stakeholder engagement, comms, training, adoption
  • Facilitate workshops and align senior stakeholders across global teams
  • Own key deliverables: project plans, process maps, impact assessments, and reporting
  • Support post-implementation optimisation and continuous improvement

Key Skills:

  • Experience in project/programme delivery + process transformation + change
  • Strong stakeholder management across matrix/global organisations
  • Background in process mapping / business transformation / operating models
  • Exposure to tools like Visio, Signavio, SAP, or similar

An opportunity to join a Global Interactive Entertainment and play a key role in driving high-impact transformation initiatives across their Global Marketing, Sales & Business Operations division.

This isn't just another PM role. You'll be embedded within a central transformation office (EPMO), working directly with senior stakeholders to redesign processes, influence change, and shape how global teams operate.
