- Provide high-quality, tailored legal advice with professionalism and sensitivity
- Draft and review legal documents efficiently and accurately
Key Skills:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX equivalent
- Proven experience in private client work, particularly wills, probate and LPA’s
- Ability to handle mixed caseloads independently and with minimal supervision

We are working with a highly regarded law firm with multiple offices across Somerset, seeking an experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor / Legal Executive to provide extended cover to manage their running caseload.
Position Details:
- Location: Multiple offices across Somerset
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid (*Min 2 days on site per week)
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Hourly Rate: £45 – £60 per hour (DOE, self-employed/outside IR35)
