Summary: The Principle Technologist (End User Compute Specialist) will be instrumental in shaping the client's end user computing strategy within the public sector. This role requires active SC clearance and involves designing, delivering, and managing end user compute services in a large enterprise environment. The position demands a deep understanding of device lifecycle management and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on innovation and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enable the client's strategic approach to end user computing.
- Manage end user compute services in a large enterprise environment.
- Oversee device lifecycle management and endpoint architecture.
- Implement software distribution strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging EUC trends including Windows 365 and AI-enhanced productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business functions, and suppliers.
- Document processes and maintain strong communication with team members.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in end user compute services.
- Deep understanding of device lifecycle management and endpoint architecture.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and MDM/UEM platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Mindset focused on innovation and service quality.
- Certifications in Microsoft Modern Desktop (MD-102) or Windows 365 (desirable).
- Experience in enterprise procurement or engagement with OEMs and MSPs (desirable).
- Exposure to change management and digital workplace adoption strategies (desirable).

We are currently looking for a Principle Technologist (End User Compute (EUC) Specialist), you will play a key role in designing and enabling the client's strategic approach to end user computing in the public sector.
This role is required an active SC clearance.
You will have:
? Proven experience in designing, delivering, and managing end user compute services in a large enterprise environment.
? Deep understanding of device life cycle management, endpoint architecture, and software distribution.
? Knowledge of emerging EUC trends including Windows 365, cloud-native endpoints, AI-enhanced productivity, and automation.
? Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and modern MDM/UEM platforms.
? Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business functions, and suppliers.
? Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
? A mindset focused on innovation, service quality, and end user satisfaction.
Desirable:
? Certifications in Microsoft Modern Desktop (MD-102), Windows 365, or relevant EUC platforms.
? Experience in enterprise procurement or engagement with OEMs and MSPs.
