Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery of engineering and technical activities in a specialist subject area.
  • Resolve technical issues, compile reports, and provide specifications in line with stakeholder requirements.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Promote cooperation across engineering and functional teams.
  • Assist in customer management and relationship development.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures, codes, and standards in engineering activities.
  • Produce, review, and approve technical documentation and calculations.
  • Evaluate technical issues and develop proposals for solutions.
  • Support project planning, control, and delivery.
  • Act as Technical Authority or Engineering Lead when authorized.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and promote a culture of engineering excellence.
  • Support business development opportunities and contribute to tender requirements.

Key Skills:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards it.
  • Experience in multi-discipline team collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills for interfacing with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulations relevant to CE&I equipment delivery.
  • Ability to produce design specifications and technical documentation.
  • Experience in managing engineering scope from concept to EPC.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and standards.
  • Experience in functional safety and PLC/SCADA control systems.
