Detailed Description From Employer:

We are currently recruiting for a Poling Operative – Drivers to join our South Wales Team. As a Poling Operative, you will be responsible for Installation and removal of poles, including dressing new poles covering the South Wales region This is an entry level Position and all training will be provided. Training will be paid at a rate between £90 – £105 per day. Pay Rates will be discussed in further detail via telephone. Our Course will start on 12th January 2026.

Essential Requirements:

  • HGV Class 2 licence
  • Valid CPC and understanding of Tachograph driving laws
  • Strong work ethic and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Professional communication skills
  • Organised, self-motivated, and achievement-oriented
  • Basic computer literacy

Key Responsibilities:
