Locum Planning Lawyer

Hybrid Working Arrangement

£45-55 per hour umbrella (dependant on experience)

Our London Borough client is seeking an experienced Planning Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis for a 3-month rolling contract.

The successful Planning Lawyer will be required to hold a complex caseload of planning and highways work which will include interesting high-value project work, alongside comittee attendance.

Our client is seeking a Senior Planning Lawyer who will be able to hit the ground running in their busy team, local authority experience is not required but is highly advantageous.

This role requires Planning Lawyers who can work full-time, but candidates seeking part-time hours will be considered. Our client is ideally seeking a candidate who can attend the office on a weekly basis but this is negotiable, however attendance at comittee's is necessary and will be on a monthly basis.
