Performance Tester with Maximo - Active Security Clearance

Summary: We are looking for a Maximo Tester with active security clearance to join our QA team. The candidate will focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IBM Maximo implementations, ensuring that system functionality meets business requirements. Responsibilities include performing various types of testing, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting end-user testing efforts. The role requires a strong understanding of UAT processes and experience with IBM Maximo testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing on IBM Maximo applications (preferably version 7.6 or MAS 8/9).
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track and manage defects using tools like Jira, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support end-user testing, provide guidance, and document feedback.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC and testing standards.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in IBM Maximo testing (functional and UAT).
