Summary: The People & Culture Administrator will manage various HR administrative tasks, including handling organizational changes, staff data management, and employee recognition initiatives. This role also involves overseeing onboarding processes, conducting right-to-work checks, and supporting HR reporting and internal communications. The position requires a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining effective communication. The role operates on a hybrid working model, requiring attendance in the London office 2 to 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling the administration of organisational changes, such as restructures and T&C changes
- Accurate input and updates of staff data
- Manages administration of staff reward and recognition initiatives - issues spot awards, facilitates quarterly and annual awards
- Organises occupational health assessments and neurodiversity assessments via HR Operations
- Revises onboarding materials and provides guidance to managers and management assistants
- Oversees induction program and addresses onboarding queries
- Issues probation letters
- Sends employment offer emails, answers candidate questions, completes hiring cases, and conducts right-to-work checks
- Receives and logs employee training requests
- Helps with event planning - annual conference, training sessions
- Provides data for HR reporting
- Internal HR communication
- Ad hoc HR tasks
- Supports P&C Director and Senior HRBP
