Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop workflow and case management solutions using Flowable and PEGA (v24)
- Perform end-to-end application development, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Build and manage business processes, decisioning logic, and integrations with enterprise systems
- Develop REST APIs and microservices to support workflow integrations
- Work on process modeling (BPMN), case lifecycle management, and rules engines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, architecture, infra) for solution delivery
- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and governance of BPM applications
- Support production deployments, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Flowable
- Expertise in PEGA Platform (Version 24 preferred) including case management, workflows & rules engine, UI and decisioning
- Good knowledge of workflow design principles
- Experience with Java / Spring Boot / REST APIs / Microservices architecture
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/Oracle)
- Experience in integration with enterprise applications (SOAP/REST, messaging systems)
- Understanding of Agile / DevOps practices
