Summary: The PEGA Lead Systems Architect role requires a certified professional with extensive experience in Pega CDH and decisioning components. The position involves leading design and implementation of business processes and strategies while collaborating with both business and technology teams. The candidate must have strong communication skills and experience in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe. This role is based in Hartford, CT, with a hybrid working arrangement of onsite work three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, elaboration, and implementation of business processes and strategies using Pega CDH v24.2.2.
- Create and manage class structures, data models, and treatment groups within Pega.
- Evaluate change requests and update design documents accordingly.
- Build and update decisioning components and strategies.
- Develop custom systems integration solutions based on business requirements.
- Apply design principles for decisioning strategies and predictive analysis.
- Perform APIc (Azure) integration and manage secure file transfer technologies.
- Conduct hands-on testing within the Pega 24.x platform.
- Collaborate with teams for deployment and code-merge activities.
- Work with onshore/offshore support models and automation tools.

Required: Certified Pega Lead System Architect (NEED COPY OF THE CERT)
Required: Minimum 3 years of experience working with Pega CDH v24.2.2 and in leading design, elaboration and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, Analytical models (Adaptive, Predictive, VBD), Alert Designer, Action & Offer Management life cycle, Propensities, Scoring and Modeling (CAR and so on), Customer interaction history, Profiles, Journeys, identification and matching.
Required: Minimum 8 years of experience in leading class structure/hierarchy/use case design
and data model to extend Pega framework(s).
Required: Minimum 8 years of experience in creating new treatment groups, classes, properties, data elements within Pega.
Required: Minimum 8 years of experience in evaluating impact of change requests to logic and updates the design document as necessary.
Required: Minimum 8 years of experience in building/updating Decisioning components (decision table, scorecard, filter, strategy set, switch, and ranking), updating Decisioning
