Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Keep the HR database current by logging changes such as new joiners, departures, and contract updates.
  • Respond to general HR-related enquiries from staff, offering clear and timely guidance.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR correspondence, including employment confirmations and reference letters.
  • Support the administration of performance reviews and probationary evaluations.
  • Help manage the recruitment cycle by liaising with agencies, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Organise health assessments for employees and follow up on any required actions.
  • Conduct background checks and ensure all pre-employment screening is completed.
  • Facilitate exit processes, including interviews and documentation, and compile feedback for analysis.
  • Provide administrative support on employee relations matters under the guidance of the HR Manager.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR administration or a related role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification or has equivalent practical knowledge.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional and approachable manner.
