Summary: The Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Lead role involves leading the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM for UK Public Sector clients, focusing on Payroll and Absence Management. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver full Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll/Absence implementations for UK clients.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of UK Payroll and Pension processes.
- Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR).
- Prepare status reports (RAG), maintain RAID logs, and manage project delivery plans.
- Conduct workshops, walkthroughs, and testing with business users.
- Handle integrations, data migrations, and reports for Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules.
- Provide hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud within the UK Public Sector.
Key Skills:
- 12-14 years total IT experience, including 6-8 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (Payroll/Absence).
- Strong understanding of UK Payroll legislation, pensions, and statutory processing.
