We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to support a high-impact Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in change management specifically within Oracle Cloud ERP projects, driving user adoption, enhancing readiness, and minimizing disruption as the organization transitions to a new ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with project goals and timelines, focused on Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders to understand and address their needs, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.
  • Communication Planning: Develop and deliver a tailored communication plan to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and motivated throughout the transition.
  • Training & Support: Oversee the design and delivery of training programs, equipping end-users and project teams with the skills needed to successfully use the new Oracle Cloud ERP system.
  • Impact & Readiness Assessments: Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments to identify gaps and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Resistance Management: Address potential resistance, employing strategies to guide stakeholders through the change curve and promote positive adoption outcomes.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs and track the effectiveness of change management efforts, reporting progress and outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven Change Management Experience on Oracle Cloud ERP or similar Oracle programs.
  • Change Management Certification (eg, Prosci, CCMP) preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change in large-scale ERP implementations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical skills for impact assessment and metric tracking.
