Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions
- Support planning cycles, internal reviews, and reporting processes
- Assist with documentation, presentations, and process coordination
- Maintain task tracking, timelines, and shared documentation
- Provide calendar and scheduling support to a Director, including cross-time-zone meetings
- Manage meeting logistics, travel coordination, and expenses
- Support onboarding activities and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role
- Experience supporting managers in a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Professional communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Discreet and reliable when handling sensitive information
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Teams or Slack
- Exposure to project, workflow, or task-tracking tools is advantageous
