Job Title: Senior AdministratorLocation: Birmingham, UKSalary: Up to 30,000 per annumFull Time, Permanent ContractJob Summary:Trigon Recruitment are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrator to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. You will be responsible for implementing new systems, managing diaries, and ensuring that key tasks are completed on time. You will also provide critical support to learner support managers, manage communications, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities: System Development & Diary Management: Create and implement new systems to enhance administrative efficiency. Manage diaries to ensure key tasks and deadlines are met promptly. Learner Support & Communication: Provide administrative support to learner support managers, ensuring smooth daily operations. Answer incoming calls, relay messages accurately, and handle queries efficiently. Communicate effectively with referral partners and stakeholders. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all policies are updated and maintained in a timely manner. Liaise with awarding bodies on a weekly basis for registration and certification processes. Maintain accurate learner documents for audit purposes, ensuring full compliance with all required standards. Carry out regular audits to ensure that all learner files are complete and up to date. Administrative Duties: Process registration and certificates with awarding bodies. Take minutes during meetings and distribute them accordingly. Create and maintain an organized filing system for all documents and records. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in a senior administrative role, preferably within an educational or training environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
