Key Responsibilities:

- Identify issues requiring higher-level intervention and refer clients appropriately.
- Offer ongoing support to clients and carers regarding the effects of disabilities.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience working with adults with disabilities in the community.

- Enhanced DBS/CRB (can be obtained by the employer).
