Key Skills:

• SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant preferred.
• Genuine interest in caring for the elderly.
• Strong sense of integrity, respect, and teamwork.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and healthcare professionals.
