Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily routines and promote independence.
• Follow and support personalized care plans for each resident.
• Monitor residents’ health and communicate concerns to nursing staff.
• Uphold dignity and respect in all interactions with residents.
• Encourage social interactions among residents and staff.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces.
• Assist residents with eating and drinking as needed.

Key Skills:

• SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant preferred.
• Genuine interest in caring for the elderly.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Integrity, respect, and teamwork skills.
