Summary: The role of Network Engineer involves leading critical infrastructure modernization initiatives for a local government client. This is an interim position focused on enhancing network capabilities and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead critical infrastructure modernization initiatives.
  • Act as a Network Design Authority in complex public sector environments.
  • Produce HLD and LLD documentation for enterprise-grade deployments.
  • Manage VPN architecture and RF optimization.
  • Implement policy management and Wi-Fi security hardening across multi-site estates.
  • Ensure secure connectivity and boundary design in Azure networking (IaaS).
  • Adhere to compliance and security standards in public sector ICT environments.
