Summary: The role involves hiring multiple Project Managers ranging from Associate to Senior levels to oversee large government projects in Newcastle, Leeds, or London. Candidates should possess strong project management foundations and experience in digital transformation, particularly with Microsoft 365 products. The position requires the ability to manage complex projects and engage effectively with stakeholders. The role operates on a hybrid working model, requiring three days on-site each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have experience of procurement, commercial and supplier management.
- Leading projects/delivery plans relating to Copilot or Microsoft 365 products.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring these are kept up to date and reflective of the projects true state.
- Undertake a Discovery into Copilot Agents (End-User Agents) to explore the potential benefits and use-cases, also identifying potential risks and challenges.
- Identify more opportunities for exploitation that can form part of a future phase.
- Run a test and learn' to understand more about the Microsoft created agents (for example, Analyst/Researcher).
- Experience in a digital project management role, managing the end-to-end life cycle of projects.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stream digital projects.
- Proven experience in project management within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and communications, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into practical delivery plans.
- Experience working in data governance, transformation, or strategy programmes is desirable.
- Familiarity with OKRs or similar performance frameworks is an advantage.

We are looking for multiple Project Manages to work across several large government projects.
Ranging from Associate Project Manager through to Senior Digital transformation Project Manager. You will have experience of one of the following areas as well as the foundations of a strong PM
