Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide new drivers through their onboarding program once they have completed their initial induction.
  • Provide support and ‘on the job’ training to enable new drivers to become competent and self-sufficient.
  • Monitor driver performance and provide timely feedback and coaching.
  • Support the wider planning team with Transporters, Contracted drivers, and replanning due to last-minute changes.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, manage email communications, and update internal systems as required.

We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic Driver Planner to join our Planning Team. You will be responsible for helping new drivers develop into efficient, successful Engineius drivers by providing support and on the job training, whilst using our in-house software platform to plan and distribute movements intelligently to drivers, who move around the UK on public transport.

About Engineius Engineius’ goal is simple: to make vehicle movement easy.
